All downhill from here.

Ok so we had to finish making our pastry (i.e croissants,puff pastry + brioche dough) today. Let me tell you its not so easy, when Chef Christian show you something you really gotta pay ATTENTION (which i did) but still what i did was not up to par (not even close) to what he did. The croissant is nice but i think its not that fluffy, The brioche, the shape is not even close to what he did. BUT the other side some of the other students had the same problem as me but still there's not the excuse. But all in all i learn my mistake and be BETTER the next time we're doing it, or i cld always practice @ home.

We had to make a braided brioche + brioche naulette (not sure if i spelled correctly), that wasn't a succesfull try.
